The ancestors believe that it is a blessing to practice our cultural ways and to stay in alignment with our spiritual doctrine. The sweatlodge is a holy place to acknowledge our relationship with all creation. That it is a beautiful perspective to be thankful to all aspects of the past, present and the future. The spirit of our principles are to be strived for and practised within ourselves, within our families, and within the community and environment that we all live in.
